• Subscription information, such as plan type, billing cycle, seat quantity, subscription status, and provider identifiers.
• Business configuration data, such as lender names, rate sheets, dealer fees, payment factors, financing terms, add-ons, bundles, overhead settings, and quote settings.
• Device and session information, such as device name, app-generated device identifiers, login/session activity, timestamps, and browser or application user-agent information.
• Network and security information, including IP-related information that may be hashed or otherwise transformed for security, abuse prevention, licensing compliance, or diagnostic purposes.
• Support and communication information that you provide when contacting us.

2. Payment Information

FeeFactorPro uses PayPal or another disclosed payment provider to process subscription payments. Payment credentials such as full card or bank account numbers are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by FeeFactorPro.

We may receive and store limited payment-related information from the provider, such as subscription identifiers, plan information, billing status, payment status, billing dates, outstanding balance information, and other data needed to administer your subscription.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• create and administer user accounts;
• provide quoting, financing-fee, payment-estimate, add-on, and bundle functionality;
• maintain subscription, seat, and account access controls;
• authenticate users and protect account credentials;
• support biometric-login functionality through device-secure storage;
• detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, shared credentials, or attempts to circumvent named-user licensing;
• troubleshoot errors, monitor reliability, and improve the service;
• communicate with you about your account, subscription, support requests, security, or material service changes;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. Device, Session, and Shared-Login Monitoring

FeeFactorPro subscriptions are licensed by named user. To protect accounts and administer licensing, we may record app-generated device identifiers, device names, session identifiers, login timestamps, recent usage activity, browser or app information, and transformed network information.

We may analyze login patterns to identify activity that appears inconsistent with normal use by a single named user, including simultaneous or near-simultaneous use across multiple devices. These signals may be used for security review, fraud prevention, account support, licensing compliance, or enforcement of the Terms of Use.

FeeFactorPro does not require precise GPS location for this purpose unless a future feature separately discloses and requests such access.

5. Biometric Login

If you enable biometric login in the FeeFactorPro mobile app, biometric authentication is handled by your device operating system. FeeFactorPro does not receive or store your fingerprint, face scan, or biometric template.

The app may store an authentication token in device-secure storage protected by the biometric controls available on your device. Your FeeFactorPro password is not stored for biometric login.

6. Rate Sheets, Quotes, and Business Data

Information you upload or enter into FeeFactorPro, including lender rate sheets, pricing data, add-ons, bundles, and quote-related settings, may be stored so the service can perform calculations and preserve your account configuration.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use the information you provide to FeeFactorPro.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate FeeFactorPro, such as payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, security providers, and other vendors acting on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or provide advertisers access to private FeeFactorPro account information for their own independent marketing purposes.

8. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

FeeFactorPro may use browser cookies, local storage, session storage, secure device storage, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember permitted preferences, support authentication, improve reliability, and protect the service.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, administer subscriptions, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate operational needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect FeeFactorPro data. No method of transmission, storage, or security control can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request reasonable assistance with account information, correction of inaccurate account details, or questions about personal information associated with your FeeFactorPro account.

Certain information may need to be retained when required by law, needed for security or fraud prevention, necessary to complete transactions, or maintained as part of legitimate business records.

12. Children’s Privacy

FeeFactorPro is a business service intended for contractors and business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly design the service for use by children.
